Control Freak
In one of his rants or shows or whatever Jim(bob) spoke about 'control freaks'.
He didn't like being called like that.
But while the title 'freak' is often used in a negative way, we all want to
control things, events, people in our life, which is not necessarily bad.
We need some control over our computer, that tends to behave odd, some want to control
their partner as if they are things, others even try to control freaks...
Personally I want above all to be in control of my life. I couldn't have a 9 to 5 job,
being lived by your boss. So instead I have a 8 to 12 job one day and a 12 to 4 job the other day :), to earn some money to pay the bills. The rest of those days can be spend at will.
Sometimes I'm creative, trying to be in control of the result, other times I can be perfectly lazy, setting aside all thoughts and worries and 'have to do's' and watching the cat and dog doing that naturally.

Independent Artists
On this site many listeners and music fans edit information on artists and their music,
played on WWR.
A labour of love indeed, but if these 'independent' artists did their homework more
properly and less depend on others to promote and publish about their music that would be less necessary. Part of being an independent artist should be that you control and decide about what is published about your work and how and where.
And not let it depend on websites with or without commercial purposes or fan websites.
