I'm durrin purty good. Just took in 32 rugs for minimal work and another call for 11 more rugs, also for minimal work. Splitting chat page

I probably won't be listening because I'm trying to get other stuff done. I'll try to check the page tonight but here are the instructions if you want to try it.

• Go in to edit mode and copy all of the text
• Create a new page for archive (I put a "2" after the name so it would be Chat:2008/12/21/Sunday2, but you can do what you want)
• Paste text into new archive page and save
• You may want to edit the archive page to remove any table rows that you want to keep in the main chat page (a row starts with tr and ends with /tr)
• I also remove "Header-open mic"
• Go back to the main chat page, get in edit mode, and remove all rows that you put in archive page
• I add a link at the bottom of the page to the archive page

There isn't any big secret and it can be difficult to edit the main chat page without edit conflicts. It's just one of those things that gets easier with practice and there could be a better way I haven't thought of. Kelli (talk/contribs) 16:34, December 21, 2008 (AKST)
