When they get the Super Collider running and it creates a black hole and the earth implodes with you, me and everyone else, will our Spirits/Souls get sucked into the black hole too?

I resisted responding to this topic as I thought it was a joke, but curiosity got the best of me, and I did an Internet search on black holes and collidors. As Gomer Pyle used to say, "Surprise, surprise, surprise!" The joke is on me, but I don't think there's anything for me to worry about except for my overly-prurient interest in anything involving holes and sucking sounds. Only if you are thinking particularly heavy thoughts. I think this may have already happened though, because I keep hearing this strange sucking sound... Cater (talk/contribs) 18:57, October 10, 2008 (AKDT)

"There is no question of going anywhere, arriving anywhere, or doing anything; you are there already."—Nisagardata . . . According to this, they're already there. — Mert (talk/contribs) 14:23, October 9, 2008 (AKDT)

Well, as best as I can figgure out the odds of the super collider creating a black hole are slightly less than it creating a unicorn, so I don't worry about that phenomina occuring. Now as to the transdimentional nature of of the soul, that is dependant on ones belief or non-belief in the quantum nature of the multiverse, where one knows that we exist in only one of many probable extant realities, and has a belief in the conjecture that information may be translated via quantum tunneling with some loss occuring in a alternate universe. In short, your sprit in a alternate universe is imperfect, so be the best person you can be in this one. Dean (talk/contribs) 09:55, October 11, 2008 (AKDT)Dean

I just can't believe they would even contemplate going ahead with such a project there is the slighttest, minutest-ever chance of a catastrophe like this ... PaulF
